Well I finally have completed my 1st quilt. The one for the baby on the way. I'm proud as punch with it to.
Took a bit of frustrated unpicks from discovering some blocks were sewn in upside down. The snipping of the edges was a bit much on my hand but got over that pretty easily.
The birthday party we had to go to on the weekend was good. I also did up some lovely gift bags and cards to go with the presents I made.
Mum made a lovely Beatrix Potter cloth book to be added to the room.
Our poor little Shadow got attacked by another dog last Wednesday. She has two big scars across her rump the poor little thing.
My next projects are some new PJ's for Jazynthe, some pants, skirt and dress for her aswell.
Then I will hopefully get onto some knitting for the baby as well. Also decor for the babies room.

I love that Beatrix Potter quilt, its absolutely gorgeous. What a wonderful first quilt.
