For those who read my blog regularly may have figured I love cooking. No I absolutely LOVE cooking. When I was a teenager all I wanted to be was a chef. So much so I did all my school organised work experience in kitchens of small resturaunts and big ones. I applied for a number of apprenticeships but always got a negative response in me being female and not being able to handle the kitchen environment.
Well I'm going back to my old dream and have taken the first step in applying for a spot on Masterchef.
Eeeeeek I now just wait to see if I get to the audition round.
