Look at them now!

Our chickens have come along a rather long way. Our four original chooks are now on their second lay, having moulted and back on the lay. Even though the black ones are being rather slow.

The newer girls have started laying themselves. They have become very pretty girls, especially Casey our Silver Laced.

Sober Mick is now very protective of the girls so much so we have to watch our backs as he takes a good run at us. he has taken a good peck at Brian and Jazynthe but has knocked Jaedyn down on a couple of occasions.

Great chookies we have. Can't wait to see when there are baby chookies here.

Wow! Great to see the girls grown up and Sober- well, very handsome isn't he?
The wyandottes don't have much comb/wattles do they? It just makes me wonder as 2 of mine have, and the silver laced doesn't at all, I actually don't even know if she is laying as I just got mine back. But looking at yours, maybe she is....
Ooh, I can't wait to see some chicks! Are you waiting till the wyandottes go broody?
